GetGo vouchers work very much like cash, where you prepay for a voucher that you can either use for yourself or gift it to your family or friends.
For each voucher you purchase, an email will be sent to you with the unique promo code(s) you may use for your GetGo booking.
How do I use the GetGo voucher?
- Upon completion of payment, you’ll be able to see the codes on the receipt or you’ll receive an email containing your unique promo code(s)
- Launch the GetGo app (available on Apple App Store/Google Play Store)
- Make a booking
- Scroll down to Payment and tap on Enter promo code
- Input a promo code and tap on Done
- Tap on Book now
And you’re all set!
The GetGo Voucher Packs are available till the end of the campaign period or while stocks last. Validity period of the code is indicated on the product page and the invoice.
Please take note that we’re unable to perform renewals of expired vouchers or extensions of validity.
These are the most likely reasons:
- Promo code has expired
- Usage did not meet the necessary Terms & Conditions
Please check the terms and conditions of the voucher. If it still does not work, you may write in to us via [email protected] and we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days!
Simply select your preferred voucher, add it to your cart, and proceed to make payment with your preferred payment method.
Once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your order is correct before proceeding with payment.
Upon a successful completion of your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the promo code(s). You may then proceed to use the promo code(s) for your booking, or gift them to your family or friends for their usage.
Unfortunately, the validity of your promo code cannot be altered once it has been issued. So use them soon!
No refunds shall be given if the value of the voucher used exceeds the fees charged by GetGo for the booking.
The GetGo voucher packs are not tied to your account at the point of issuance, so you may purchase them for your friends or family. Do note however, that once a promo code has been applied or redeemed through an account, the promo code will no longer be transferable.
